    The reason you are exploring this website is - you would like some work to be done on your property. Regardless of the type of work, if you want to get EXACTLY what you have in mind, please read on.

    First of all, let us point something out. We don't know your personal experience with builders and/or decorators. But as we deal with Clients on a daily basis we quite often find their previous experiences have not been exceptionally good and they tend not to trust a new builder. Because of that we are giving you 4 solid reasons you can trust what we say:

 

1. You will get our FULL attention, which you will be able to experience and observe form the beginning till the end, all along. No matter how big or small the job you want done is, we will always take your needs seriously. We will communicate with you personally and in writing. With your permission, we will take photographs of every single part of your property you wish us to address, for careful inspection and future reference. Then we will review your case and take responsibility for applying the correct solution.

 

2. We will not offer you to paint your whole house, change the kitchen and bathroom, build a conservatory, repair the roof and pave your patio, all for £700.00 or less. Including materials and VAT. Well, we are obviously exaggerating but you got the point - we will not give you an unrealistically low price just to get the job. What we will do instead is: We will carefully inspect everything that needs to be done for a lasting quality job and make sure it is priced correctly. Note that we wrote "priced", not "overpriced" or "underpriced".

 

3. We will never do a patch-up kind of work that will need to be re-done within a short period. Instead, we are giving you a 5 year guarantee on anything we do. The reason we can do this is - we always think long-term and chose to advice you on and apply standard solutions. Also, we want you to feel happy every time you look at something we have done. Our goal is to create a long-lasting relationship with you and we cannot afford to lower that standard. Here is our "Quality Control " paragraph, which is part of the contract we will sign with you:

    "On completion, the Site Manager must go over every corner of the construction, check all areas, step by step, double check all seal, joints, connections, fittings and surfaces, go over the whole structure, write up any details found to be wanting, write up a QUAL WORK ORDER and get the responsible tradespersons to get back to the site and correct the details until all are completed and satisfactory. The Site Manager must check everything again and only then communicate to the Client so he/she can have a good look at the work and inspect it with them and communicate anything whatsoever about the completion. The Client must write down his/her approval on the original WORK ORDER before the Site Manager can consider the job finished.

 

4. We are not a Limited Company or handymen working from a van. After we finish the work for you we will not disappear with the money so you cannot be sure where to find us in six months or a year if something goes wrong. If you call us in advance we will make sure to greet you personally and answer any questions you might have.

 

 

 How is your work priced

   

     Let us finish with a few words about the way we price our Service. Sometimes people compare our prices with prices of a local handyman and tell us that we are expensive. We are stressing again - we are not handymen. We do not have handymen approach and obviously we do not charge their prices.

     When you decide to use our service we will not only solve your immediate problem and give you EXACTLY what you wanted. We will apply the solution that will on the long term prove to be more cost effective, you will actually pay less money, get more professional and respectful approach and less hassle. Not to mention the increased value of your property and your feeling of satisfaction in knowing you made the right choice.

    We consider our approach quite unique in the market place (at least we are not aware of any other company offering the same or similar approach and End Product.

    Here is the procedure: When the Sales-Estimator calls you with the job roughly priced, all you have to do is to arrange another appointment. Then, they or someone else from our office will come to see you. They will have an invoice for the deposit (5% of the price; the rest will be collected in weekly installments, depending on the length of the job). Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer. They will then arrange the start date with you and all necessary preliminary steps.

    From that point on, you leave it to us. We will write the "Programme and the Schedule of Work", go over it with you to make sure everything you wanted is there, organize the job and deliver exactly what is written.
