All right, let's get down to business. You have already requested an appointment and our Sales-Estimator will come to see you. Here is what will happen then:
They will discuss with you anything you consider important, give you their full attention and carefully note down all relevant data. Then they will, with your permission, take photographs of parts of your property that needs repairing, building or decorating.
Please feel free to communicate to them anything that is important to you either during or at any time after the appointment. They will give you their direct numbers and e-mail addresses. They will always go out of their way to make sure all your concerns are attended to and resolved promptly.
We normally have a lot of requests but in most cases we come back to our Clients fairly quickly. In other words, you can expect the Sales-Estimator to give you the price for the work within 7-10 days, possibly even sooner. Along with the price, they will tell you exactly how long the job is going to last, so you can do your own planning.
You don't have to worry for any other aspects of organizing the job, regardless of its complexity. We will make sure it's organised properly, putting the right people to work at the appropriate time.
You can book us in with the deposit of 5% of the job value. Then we will produce a "Programme and Schedule of Works", a detailed description of the job (The Sales-Estimator will show you a sample of it). We'll go over it with you and once it meets your approval we'll go ahead and deliver exactly what was written.
A note here: In the past we were writing the "Programme and Schedule of Works" for everyone in advance, before securing jobs. Unfortunately, as we have so many requests and not everyone was a Real Prospective Client, we were engaged in too much writing and spending hours and hours in doing work we were not paid for. Because of that, we had to change that policy and now we engage in the write-up only when the deposit is collected and we are sure the customer wants us to do the job for him or her. Once we know we have a legitimate request, we don't have any problems serving you to any extent. I hope you understand the reason for such an operating basis.
All our staff will treat you with courtesy and respect. You don't have to worry about unpleasant incidents and should anything occur just give the Sales-Estimator a call. They will make sure to bring it to the attention of the management so it gets handled immediately.
We will also treat your property with respect; in other words, if we repair your wall we will not damage your cupboard. And in an unlikely event that something did happen, we will take responsibility for that.
We have said it already but because it is so important we will stress it again: We always think long-term and do standard solutions. That means - no uncertainties about what is the right thing to do, no patch-up jobs, no need to repair it again in 6 months or a year.
